      Responsibilities:

      • Handle support tickets through online help desk for questions and issues related to Hypixel
      • Identify areas of need for support articles and improvements across the network based on player contacts
      • Work on continuously improving internal systems to provide a better player experience


      Qualifications:

      • Great understanding of Hypixel
      • 1+ years related experience
      • Strong communication, patience, and friendliness
      • Good English writing skills
      • Able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed
      • Experience with Zendesk, and/or experience with Tebex for billing-related customer support, is a plus
