- Req#: 42
- Handle support tickets through online help desk for questions and issues related to Hypixel
- Identify areas of need for support articles and improvements across the network based on player contacts
- Work on continuously improving internal systems to provide a better player experience
- Great understanding of Hypixel
- 1+ years related experience
- Strong communication, patience, and friendliness
- Good English writing skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team when needed
- Experience with Zendesk, and/or experience with Tebex for billing-related customer support, is a plus
- Chance to work on the biggest Minecraft network with an extremely motivated team
- Opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally
- Stable and secure work environment
- Ability to work remotely
- Expected 20-40 hours per week
