      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product and related campaigns, acting as the voice of the customer to the product team
      - Identify and analyze customer issues using proprietary tools, providing concise next steps for resolution
      - Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
      - Follow internal guidelines for effective customer communication and stay updated on best practices
      - Troubleshoot and recreate customer app issues, escalating them to engineers as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Positive attitude with strong patience and problem-solving skills
      - Exceptional reading, listening, and writing abilities with high attention to detail
      - Experience with troubleshooting technology issues in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with software such as Google Docs and customer service platforms like ZenDesk or Help Scout
      - Reliable access to consistent internet/WiFi and availability during weekdays and weeknights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer support role, especially within a technology or startup environment
      - Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, issues, and features
      - Experience handling App Store and Play Store reviews professionally
