What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client problems via phone and portal, escalating issues when necessary
- Log and document all incidents and problems within the ticketing system
- Analyze and diagnose root causes of software application issues
- Coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in Tier 1 phone coverage and ad hoc projects to improve support operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of work experience in Windows administration and technical customer support
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience running queries in SQL is an asset
- Experience with SaaS or other technical software is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Mac OS
- Experience in a medical and/or research environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
