What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Mews' solutions to provide customer support for technical issues via chat, email, and phone
- Build rapport with key customer contacts to enhance their usage and efficiency of the system
- Maintain thorough case documentation and adhere to communication and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and positive feedback
- Continuously improve the knowledge database by suggesting amendments to current articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Higher education preferably in Hotel Management, IT, or Business
- Native or fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Professional experience in a technical customer support role or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Unrestricted right to work permissions in the United States
