      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience
      - Complete administrative tasks accurately, such as scheduling appointments and processing order cancellations
      - Maintain a thorough knowledge of products to offer Level 1 Product Support to customers
      - Guide customers with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive interaction
      - Adhere to privacy and security policies to protect customer information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
      - Ability to resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
      - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with familiarity in support software; Salesforce experience is a plus
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
      - A remote workspace that meets the company’s Home Office Requirements, including reliable internet and a quiet environment
