      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Level Degree with 0 years of related work experience, or
      - Bachelor’s Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience
      - Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality
      - Ability to complete employee performance evaluations and goal setting
      - Demonstrated skills in managing projects and resources effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within the semiconductor or technology industry
      - Familiarity with spare parts management and technical support processes
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Proven ability to lead and mentor others in a team environment
