      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to product-related customer issues and proactively contact customers to triage problems
      - Provide remote product support and troubleshoot configuration issues for customers
      - Complete changes to customer Azure environments, including configuration changes and database copies
      - Research and resolve complex issues across application product lines while ensuring policy compliance
      - Submit enhancement requests to development teams and maintain technical knowledge base articles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of software and/or in-app troubleshooting experience
      - Experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 IT support environment
      - Knowledge of finance and accounting practices and principles
      - Experience supporting customer environments within Microsoft Azure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft and Cisco Certifications
      - Experience with PowerShell, VB.net, or Visual Basic
      - Familiarity with products such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, or SAP BOFC
      - Prior experience solving financial-driven support issues
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to work flexibly in a team environment
