What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage government contracts ensuring successful delivery of service products
- Develop customer relationships to drive service growth within assigned accounts
- Provide a single point of contact for customer management and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Oversee contract renewals, proposals, and manage P&L performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to market integrated service programs to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Lifecycle Services, Account Management, Customer Service, or related fields
- Must reside in the state of Alabama to support local customers
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Ability to communicate with customer IT personnel regarding WLAN and wired infrastructures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales
- Familiarity with Systems Implementation and Integration
- Background in Project Management or Customer Account Management
