What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including calls and in-app chat
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product development
- Identify patterns in customer feedback to improve processes and tools
- Collaborate with the financial crime team to detect and investigate trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work between 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a support/service role within financial services or technical support
- Interest in financial technology
- Previous experience in training or coaching roles, or managing cross-functional projects
