      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide trusted and reliable customer service to clients and financial advisors
      - Resolve a range of customer inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
      - Meet productivity and quality expectations to enhance client satisfaction
      - Collaborate positively with both customers and coworkers, maintaining a cooperative tone
      - Complete ongoing training to stay updated on product, industry, and policy changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education or high school diploma
      - Experience in Customer Service or Financial Services is a plus
      - Exceptional verbal communication skills and strong telephone etiquette
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Demonstrated problem resolution and effective listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63 licenses
      - Working knowledge of IRAs and other retirement products
