      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, primarily phone and in-app chat
      - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes with professionalism and empathy
      - Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform product development and improvement
      - Identify patterns in customer feedback to enhance processes and tools
      - Collaborate with the financial crime team to detect and investigate trends in customer queries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Willingness to work hours from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Tuesday to Saturday
      - Strong customer support skills with a passion for delivering excellent service
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions
      - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a support or service role within a financial services or technical support organization
      - Interest in financial technology
      - Previous experience in training, coaching, or managing cross-functional projects
