What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist potential customers with navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance options
- Address and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers
- Ensure quick and thorough responses to customer inquiries, contributing to the Support team’s mission
- Utilize multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email, to interact with customers
- Document customer interactions using support ticketing software and propose solutions to improve customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Highly productive with good multitasking skills
- Passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
- Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
