What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide order management services to clients, including order quoting, processing, and fulfillment
- Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise between customers and technical support, sales, and field service to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop support delivery strategies and related processes
- Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve specialization goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in customer support or order management
- Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience
- Ability to solve problems and anticipate additional needs/requests
- Effective communication skills for conveying information that requires explanation or interpretation
- Willingness to grow knowledge and skills through training and experience
