What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, text, and email, acting as the first line of assistance for users
- Become a product expert on Clair’s signup process and wage advance products
- Expand knowledge on earned wage advance support and the on-demand pay space
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the user experience and address customer needs
- Assist users in navigating financial queries related to their earnings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech environment
- 1+ years of experience using Zendesk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for numbers and math to assist users with financial inquiries
- Commitment to understanding the financial challenges faced by hourly workers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Tier 2 level support within the tech space
- Passion for learning about earned wage advance and fintech industry trends
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a readiness to contribute to a small, dynamic team
