What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide email support to customers via the internal ticket queue
- Resolve general inquiries and assist with platform configuration and integrations
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues to relevant teams as necessary
- Configure fields in the admin console of the SaaS product, including DNS and SSO issues
- Collaborate with the Support Team to enhance the overall user experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience configuring fields in an admin console within a SaaS product
- Strong help desk skills with a focus on resolving user issues promptly
- Availability to provide consistent assistance in the support queue Monday through Friday
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HubSpot Service Queue or similar support platforms
- Knowledge of WordPress or previous experience using uConnect
- Previous experience in an Enterprise SaaS Customer Support team
