You'll ensure fleet customer satisfaction by managing SLAs, resolving issues, and providing top-notch administrative support.       About the Position

      The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of fleet customer support and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations/service level agreements (SLAs) for fleet customers. The incumbent will continually interact with customers, as well as various Goodyear departments (such as Fleet Headquarters [HQ], North America Solutions, Sales, and Billing), to resolve customer issues/concerns. This position will provide administrative assistance to the Fleet HQ and Sales organizations in areas of troubleshooting, answering questions, providing data, reports, and related service/support programs.

      Primary Responsibilities #LI-AV1

      • Customer satisfaction through effective/direct communication, training, and problem resolution with Goodyear Fleet customers (including National Accounts, Dealers, and Goodyear sales associates).
      • Effective management of contract SLAs related to Fleet HQ to ensure compliance.
      • Gather, analyze, and report data to meet specific needs of Fleet HQ. Effectively communicate to fleet customers and internal teams.

      Required Education and Experience

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 3 or more years of experience in a customer service environment
      • Experience in a professional office.

      Desired Skills and Abilities

      • Bachelor’s Degree.
      • Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
      • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong written and oral communication skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
