What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce and Five9 to troubleshoot technical and account issues
- Employ customer retention techniques by addressing root causes and offering effective solutions
- Educate users on product functionality and marketing best practices to enhance their success
- Document all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce to maintain clear records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in SaaS or tech support
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA, and FCR
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Five9, and online troubleshooting techniques
- Proven customer de-escalation skills with a commitment to resolving issues empathetically
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
