      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries via multiple channels, including phone calls, live chats, and emails
      - Troubleshoot and resolve a range of customer issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge
      - Collaborate with other teams to advocate for customers and work towards collaborative resolutions
      - Document and report issues/feedback to the internal team and identify areas to enhance existing processes
      - Participate in testing of new and updated products and provide feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-5 years of experience in providing customer service
      - 1-5 years of technical support experience
      - 1-5 years of experience in software support/SaaS
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening skills
      - Experience in help desk tools and technology troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working remotely and/or with distributed teams
      - Strong customer relation skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
      - Experience with all Microsoft Office tools
      - Ability to methodically resolve complex production issues reported by customers and partners
      - Exhibit above-average reasoning ability by clearly defining problems and analyzing data
