      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming support requests, triaging emails and calls, and creating tickets as needed
      - Provide real-time assistance to clients, addressing issues from password resets to functionality questions
      - Research and document solutions to complex issues, collaborating with developers and business analysts
      - Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to product and development teams
      - Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and webinars for ongoing development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
      - Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PST)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and remote access tools
      - Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and client-focused problem-solving skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships with clients
