What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the software application and its services in a friendly and efficient manner
- Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues via phone or electronic communication
- Interact with customers to troubleshoot and provide solutions to unique problems
- Track and document support requests while ensuring proper notation of customer issues
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate cases as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience providing software support to external customers
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience working in a remote workforce
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Brightree software application
- Background in HME, home health, or the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
