What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer communications by monitoring and responding to all incoming support tickets through Intercom
- Assess customer inquiries and determine the appropriate course of action, including problem resolution and refund processing
- Handle refund requests efficiently through Stripe to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the engineering team via Slack, advocating for customer needs
- Strive for inbox zero by the end of each shift, ensuring timely responses to all customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Exceptional written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and clarity
- Ability to assess problems and determine effective solutions independently
- Comfortable using customer support tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Reliability in maintaining a consistent schedule and high standards of customer care
