What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-line customer support by triaging and debugging issues with the AI platform
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance the platform's performance
- Utilize prompt engineering skills to assist customers in optimizing their AI workflows
- Develop and test quick solutions for customer issues while maintaining high service standards
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve issues independently under tight deadlines
- Proven curiosity and adaptability in learning customer workflows and proposing solutions
- Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong technical fundamentals in full-stack development, including Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Familiarity with infrastructure and cloud deployments
- Exposure to LLM prompting and tuning of voices/transcribers
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to identify root causes quickly
