      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate day-to-day operations of the customer support department
      - Manage phone, email, and electronic orders and inquiries within specified timeframes
      - Communicate professionally with instructors and students to resolve inquiries
      - Effectively resolve technical support inquiries and educate customers about products
      - Maintain organized email and electronic filing systems for references and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of customer care and/or technical support experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office and experience utilizing CRM systems
      - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
      - Ability to manage multiple devices and applications simultaneously
      - Must have a conducive home office environment with reliable internet access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or educational publishing experience
      - Experience in a remote work setting
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to defuse escalated dialogue
