      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely support in troubleshooting problems and answering questions for Abridge users and co-workers
      - Communicate user feedback to product and operational teams to advocate for user experience improvements
      - Utilize a CRM tool to track communications and resolutions for data analysis
      - Investigate and resolve complex issues with curiosity and diligence
      - Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Tier 1 or Lead Customer Service Support role, preferably in a technology support environment
      - Strong spoken and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical troubleshooting clearly
      - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
      - Ability to work efficiently and be results-driven in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency with computer systems and comfort with technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with systems that require strict adherence to privacy and security protocols, particularly in healthcare
      - Experience working in CRM/Ticketing systems with rigorous tracking methods
