What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review customer applications for various student loan programs for completion and accuracy
- Handle processing, reporting, and correspondence requests regarding student loans, performing appropriate account updates
- Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and Federal and State regulations
- Utilize internal and external systems to complete requests from various sources, ensuring privacy and security
- Assist with borrower program concerns and report compliance issues to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 12 months experience in administrative support
- Minimum of 12 months computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract
- 12 months of experience in a Call Center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
- Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
