What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review customer applications for student loan programs
- Process and update student loan accounts accurately
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulations
- Utilize internal and external systems for data processing
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain privacy and security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- 12 months of administrative support and computer experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working on a student loan contract or in a Call Center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
