      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review customer applications for various student loan programs for completion and accuracy
      - Process, report, and handle correspondence requests regarding student loans, ensuring account updates/changes
      - Adhere to applicable client requirements, policies, and Federal and State regulations
      - Complete tasks in a data entry/processing environment while meeting quality assurance and performance expectations
      - Assist with borrower program concerns, client requests, and operational needs, while ensuring privacy and security

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of 12 months experience in administrative support and a business environment
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C)
      - Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN
      - Excellent communication skills and strong computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract
      - 12 months of experience in a Call Center
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
      - Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
