      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using the employer's scheduling software
      - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone
      - Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions or escalate when necessary
      - Learn and maintain a strong understanding of the employer's product offerings and updates
      - Document support issues and resolutions accurately in the employer's CRM/ticketing system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual)
      - Calm, patient, and resourceful, especially when customers are facing technical challenges
      - Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments
      - Able to work independently and manage time efficiently during evening and weekend shifts
