      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Area Sales Managers by providing timely solutions to customer inquiries
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts via phone, email, and chat to address complex issues
      - Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to enhance the overall customer journey
      - Verify the accuracy of pricing and promotions from order entry to invoice
      - Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
      - Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
      - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
      - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
