      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Educate customers on product usage and provide insightful feedback for product improvement
      - Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve systemic issues
      - Write help articles and FAQs to enhance user understanding and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience / Customer Support role
      - Experience in the fintech industry
      - Strong empathy and communication skills to understand user needs
      - Ability to simplify complex banking or engineering terminology for users
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in automating customer support processes
      - A passion for language and effective communication
      - Familiarity with SaaS products and customer support tools
