What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to user inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Manage user account requests including application processing and card disputes
- Educate customers on product usage and translate user confusion into actionable suggestions
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve product bugs
- Write help articles and FAQs to enhance user support resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Experience or Customer Support role
- Ability to consistently demonstrate empathy and competence in customer interactions
- Strong communication skills to translate complex terminology into clear user-friendly language
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized workspace
