      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day monitoring of incoming contact channels (Phone, Email, Chat) to ensure adequate coverage
      - Train and coach Level 1 agents to maintain high standards in customer support
      - Conduct regular ticket audits and performance reviews while actively coaching team members
      - Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer inquiries and team questions
      - Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute structured education for ongoing development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume contact center support environment
      - 1+ years of experience in customer billing, finance, and retention support
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Strong understanding of Behavioral-Based Coaching Model and performance management
      - Superior customer-facing skills with the ability to represent the employer effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - COPC, CCSP, or other customer support-related certifications
      - Experience leading global teams
