      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily customs clearance operations for various modes of transportation
      - Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of shipments
      - Verify accuracy of commercial documentation and charges
      - Collaborate with service providers to resolve shipment issues
      - Provide 2nd Tier support for customer service queries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record
      - Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and U.S. Customs regulations
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred
      - Licensed customs broker
      - Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis

      - Familiarity with Excel for data management and analysis
      - Background in supply chain management or business operations
      - Proven ability to meet daily/weekly KPI targets
