      Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

      What you’ll do

      • Develop and manage monthly campaigns (email and sales outbound calling) to customers in line with Customer Value Management (CVM) priorities and commercial objectives.
      • Analyise and report back on campaign performance and build optimised strategy recommendations.
      • Ownership of Retention campaign (email and OBC) including optimisation and reporting.
      • Communication of campaign performance to CVM, segment trading and sales teams.

      Who you are

      • Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling campaigns.
      • Highly customer focused with ability to pull together complex customer journeys to ensure the best experience is delivered.
      • Good stakeholder management skills
      • Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines.
      • Able to focus on priorities with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
