      Job Duties:
      Perform as an autonomous and fully integrated member of the Corporate Strategy Office (CSO) team, including leading activities and projects as assigned, for example:
      • Oversee the collection and reporting of key performance indicators and metrics measuring progress towards the execution of the organization's three-year strategic plan.
      • Assist in creating and executing internal communications including ideation, concept design, copywriting, script writing, and other design elements as necessary.
      • Administration and oversight of the strategy home page.
      • Survey design, creation and deployment, including tracking and sharing of results
      • Assist in research and data gathering efforts, including secondary research, market trends, company priorities, vendor research, Blue profiles, etc...
      • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, and other communications in a compelling, visually-driven, and informative manner.
      • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.


      Required Qualifications:
      • Degree Program(s) / Current Status: Junior or Senior level undergraduate preferred, recent graduate or graduate level student in Management, Finance, Public Health, Project Management, ISDS, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Master of Health Administration, MBA or related fields of study.
      • Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
      • Relevant Experience: Experience should demonstrate the ability to think critically, problem solve, conduct research, analyze and report data, operate independently and proactively advance work.


      Other Qualifications:
      • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
      • Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities.
      • Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
      • Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
      • Must be able to work a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week during the Spring and fall semesters as well as the summer. Candidate may be offered the opportunity to work additional hours (up to 40 hours per week) depending on availability and need.
      • Must have dedicated and distraction-free environment from which to work remotely. If on-site attendance Is required, must have transportation to commute regularly to and from the Baton Rouge campus.
