What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain centralized dashboards for CX functions including Technical Support, Customer Success, and Account Management
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues across CX systems, coordinating root cause analysis and ensuring timely resolution
- Define and standardize metrics to drive consistency across teams
- Partner with the CX Ops Manager to design reporting and analytics that reveal performance drivers and customer health trends
- Deliver actionable insights on ticket trends, customer friction points, and self-service opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CX Operations, or Analytics roles within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to query large datasets and join tables
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including churn, retention, and CSAT
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with data, operations, and customer-facing teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Previous work supporting Customer Success or Technical Support teams
- Familiarity with customer-facing systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Planhat
- Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS environment
