What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive CX readiness by evaluating product enablement packages and collaborating across teams
- Champion process improvement by assessing performance and proposing enhancements
- Spearhead projects related to pillar and customer experience initiatives
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of strategies aligned with company goals
- Analyze operational metrics to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, project management, or related roles
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects and programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience developing complex SQL queries
