What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, analyze, and report cases of fraud or abuse within the ecosystem
- Create actionable intelligence by synthesizing various data tables
- Produce investigative reports and present key findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and Engineering to monitor fraud-related behavior
- Conduct thorough investigations of e-commerce transactions to enhance fraud detection capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant work experience in Fraud Detection, Investigations, or Analytics
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant work experience in similar fields
- Experience in Fraud Operations or Investigations
- Basic understanding of SQL queries for investigative purposes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to stakeholders
