What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, track, monitor, contain, and mitigate information security threats
- Analyze endpoint and network data to perform threat identification and remediation
- Document security events and their resolutions
- Communicate with and educate clients and asset owners on security processes and risk resolution
- Utilize established processes and tools for threat analysis and containment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in information security analysis and threat management
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing endpoint and network data
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and asset owners
- Ability to document security events and resolutions accurately
- Familiarity with security protocols and risk resolution methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of advanced threat detection tools and technologies
- Previous experience in a cybersecurity role
- Relevant certifications in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to information security
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
