What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure continuous infrastructure reliability for multiple revenue-generating services
- Support security operations incident management processes to protect and restore service operations
- Conduct investigations using SIEM tools to correlate events and analyze security incidents
- Assist in resolving customer escalations, incident handling, and response
- Rapidly assimilate and synthesize information to address issues under pressure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in 24x7 enterprise operations, preferably in security operations
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with SIEM tools and running investigations
- Strong understanding of Information Security, including malware, threats, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, networking concepts, and OSI model design principles
- Superior written communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT-related degree or certification
- Experience analyzing data and service logs to identify trends and errors
- Network, Security, or Platform certifications (S+, N+, MCSP, CNA) are a plus
- Strong experience with SIEM tools and security event processes
