      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the due diligence process on potential acquisitions
      - Serve as the main contact for IT security-related concerns throughout the M&A process
      - Conduct IT security risk assessments for M&A targets, joint ventures, and unintegrated affiliates
      - Advise on security solutions to ensure compliance and safety for joint ventures and affiliates
      - Collaborate with various internal teams and stakeholders to monitor and mitigate cybersecurity risks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or a relevant business discipline
      - 3+ years of experience in a related role with meaningful experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
      - 2+ years of experience in Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent
      - Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of cybersecurity architecture and threat modeling across the M&A lifecycle
      - Knowledge of ISP and GRC-related tools
      - Strong project management skills
