What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a high-performance culture through effective management and training
- Oversee daily technical operations of the Cybersecurity Investigations team, ensuring adherence to client security protocols
- Manage incident response and forensic investigations, making proactive suggestions for process improvements
- Coordinate long-term initiatives for global alignment, process development, and client requests
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and the Cybersecurity Investigations team, preparing reports on security trends and risk mitigation for senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations or a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years of active investigator experience in an incident response team, preferably in a global enterprise environment
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active participation in cybersecurity communities or forums
- Knowledge of programming languages, including database queries
- Forensic investigation experience
