What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coach a disciplined, distributed Agile team
- Manage release and sprint planning, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity and performance
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and manage compliance with established standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (technical discipline preferred) and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Active TS security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
- Strong knowledge and experience in software development and cybersecurity engineering in an Agile or SAFe environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least one DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, Security+ CE)
- Familiarity with modern development approaches (serverless, containerization, cloud)
- Experience with cloud deployment and cloud-based solutions
- Software development experience with languages such as Python, Java, and React
- Experience with GitLab and GitHub
