What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support, administer, troubleshoot, and escalate customer issues across various security technologies
- Stay up to date on the latest security intelligence and implement changes
- Manage incidents and requests within established SLAs
- Perform health checks for security products as needed
- Assist with Incident Response engagements when required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with and supporting security technologies
- Understanding of network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of DNS technologies and network security
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service
