What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the administration of the cybersecurity awareness program and campaigns, including planning, delivering, and tracking training requirements
- Develop and maintain information security awareness training activities that motivate secure handling of data and systems
- Support comprehensive communication efforts to build cybersecurity awareness across the agency
- Collect and report on cybersecurity awareness program metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Partner with teams to coordinate, draft, review, and edit publications for agency-wide communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and executing IT Security communications and marketing-related strategies
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting and delivering a cybersecurity awareness program
- Strong experience in an operations or business support role
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio)
- Proven analytical abilities to recognize issues and formulate solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience or background in strategy, technology, and change management with a consulting firm
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci or comparable)
