Hands-on experience in a cybersecurity organization
Funded security training and industry certification
Soft skills coaching and mentorship

Six-month duration
Placement in a team based on your skills and our business need
Training and mentoring provided by industry leading security experts
Substantive, resume-building projects in areas such as data analytics, security operations, and compliance
Variety of training opportunities – both technical & non-technical
Fun activities, volunteering, and the option to get involved with our employee resource groups
Drive and eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently & efficiently, but also collaboratively as part of a team
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Passion, curiosity, and a willingness to grow & develop
No college degree or cybersecurity experience required
Basic computer literacy ( E.g. E mail, Excel, Word, Google Docs) required.
Located near one of our HPE offices in the following locations is preferred: Spring, TX, Dallas, TX, Reston, VA or San Jose, CA
Currently enrolled or recently graduated with BS or above within the previous 24 months ( Please check out Careers@hpe.com for university roles)
Previous cyber security experience or relevant technical experience
Based outside of US
Require visa sponsorship

Cybersecurity enables Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to take risks. We help protect the business and our customers by providing cyber physical security and business resilience expertise . We secure HPE’s brand, assets, business operations, and workforce through threat prevention, detection, and response. Basically, we do cool stuff and we want to show you how to do it too.

The Cyber s ecurity Career Reboot Program is designed for anyone seeking to take the first step toward a career in this rapidly expanding field. Over a six-month period , you will be shown the nuts and bolts of cybersecurity through training, mentorship, and project-based experience in various c ybersecurity functions. The program aims to unlock your potential through work experience that will sharpen your skills and knowledge in cybersecurity.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
