What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and other technical security documentation
- Design, implement, and enforce security policies to safeguard systems and data
- Conduct third-party risk management for vendors and assist with cybersecurity audits
- Develop automated reports and use data visualization to track cybersecurity metrics
- Monitor and analyze security event data to identify threats and unauthorized activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields
- Strong critical thinking and information security skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to cybersecurity in healthcare
- Previous experience with cybersecurity audits and risk assessments
- Knowledge of threat intelligence analysis and monitoring tools
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.)
