  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats and incidents
  - Implement and maintain security tools, SIEM, and cloud security controls
  - Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
  - Manage IAM policies, access controls, and identity governance
  - Conduct vulnerability assessments and security audits
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3–7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, IAM, or SOC
  - Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response
  - Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security for Cloud Security roles
  - Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and security automation for DevSecOps roles
  - Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security, or GIAC
  - Hands-on experience with security tools like Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Prisma, or Tenable
  - Strong communication and documentation skills
