What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them to succeed
- Guide students in collaboration and application of their learning in problem- and project-based demonstrations
- Provide constructive feedback utilizing rubrics for assessing student work
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and help students connect concepts across their academic program
- Provide feedback to program chair on potential curricular improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A terminal degree in Cybersecurity, Instructional Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in instructional design, cybersecurity, and instructional technologies
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
- Must be available to teach remotely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in online teaching methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proven track record of engaging students in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with cybersecurity education frameworks and instructional technologies
