      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive end-to-end project delivery and execution of cybersecurity projects
      - Create project charters and comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with Cyber SMEs
      - Proactively identify risks and document remediation plans
      - Provide status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress
      - Ensure adherence to project management life cycle and required governance routines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within cybersecurity or IT, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
      - Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
      - Strong analytical skills for identifying and managing project dependencies and risks
      - Exceptional communication skills to articulate project goals and risks to technical teams and senior management
      - Experience with change management and leading organizational transitions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
      - Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
      - Broad understanding of information and/or cyber security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/IEC 27001)
      - Innovative mindset to encourage the adoption of new security technologies and practices
